How it works
setting up
If you book The Glamp Squad, we will arrive approximately one hour before your event to set up. We will then leave you to enjoy your celebration agreeing a time to come and dismantle the same day or following morning.
delivery
Hire price includes free delivery to Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend and Cardiff. Out of area bookings can be arranged at an additional cost.
the venue
To host your bell tent party your venue needs to have a footprint of 6m-7m diameter.
weather
Even if it rains, your party can still go ahead as our bell tents are fully waterproof.
party extras
We try to cater for all requirements, providing the option of just hiring a bell tent, as well as a range of party packages. If you have any special requests, please get in touch and we will do our best to make them happen.
booking
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send you a booking form to complete and ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your booking date, along with a small damage deposit which is fully refundable provided there has been no damage to the tent or its interiors.
